Smartlead
cold email that lands.
Cold email at volume without landing in spam. We build your Smartlead operation like infrastructure: provisioned domains, warmed inboxes, deliverability telemetry, and every reply routed into the CRM with an owner attached.

Placement, reputation, and reply routing monitored per domain, not discovered per quarter.

Deliverability triage
Cold email dies quietly, then all at once.
Nobody notices a deliverability problem on day one. You notice it six weeks later, when the pipeline that outbound was supposed to feed simply isn't there.
Domains burned by aggressive ramp-up
Fresh domains pushed to 200 sends a day in week one. Blocklisted before the campaign produced a single data point, and your main domain's reputation is next in line.
Open rates collapsing silently
Google and Microsoft don't send a warning. They throttle you quietly, and the first human to notice is a founder asking why replies stopped three weeks ago.
Replies rotting in a shared inbox
A prospect says 'interested, call me' and it sits in the Smartlead master inbox. No CRM record, no owner, no follow-up. The most expensive email you'll never answer.
No telemetry until the quarter is missed
No placement tests, no bounce alerts, no per-domain reputation tracking. The only dashboard is the revenue number, and by then it's a board topic, not a config fix.
Volume is earned, not switched on.
1. Provision & authenticate
Secondary sending domains, mailbox accounts, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and custom tracking domains, provisioned and verified before a single email leaves. Nothing sends until every record passes.
2. Warm & ramp
Every inbox enters the warmup pool on a ramp curve tuned to its provider and age. Volume increases only as reputation supports it, the discipline that keeps domains alive past month two.
3. Wire & monitor
Sequences, reply detection, suppression, and routing wired into your CRM. Deliverability dashboards and alerting go live, and your team gets the runbook, not a dependency on us.
What lands in your hands.
Not a tool login and good wishes, a running sending operation with the telemetry to keep it alive, owned entirely inside your accounts.
A warmed inbox fleet
Sending inboxes across rotating secondary domains, authenticated, warmed, and ramped, with documented capacity per mailbox so you know exactly how much volume the fleet supports.
Deliverability dashboard & alerting
Placement, bounce rate, and reputation tracked per domain, with alerts that fire when a domain starts slipping, before your open rate becomes the alarm.
Reply routing into the CRM
Every reply detected, classified, and landed on the right owner as a CRM record with full context. Interested prospects become tasks with deadlines, not archaeology.
Suppression logic & runbook
Customers, open opportunities, and unsubscribes suppressed automatically. Plus the runbook: ramp rules, burned-domain swap procedure, and escalation paths your team can execute without us.

Send at volume without the burn.
Scope depends on your target volume, domain count, and CRM, we quote after a short call, not from a rate card. The infrastructure runs in your accounts from day one.
The questions we get asked.
Will this put our primary domain at risk?
No, nothing sends from it. All cold volume runs on secondary domains bought for the purpose, and the runbook treats every sending domain as a disposable asset: if one burns, it's rotated out and replaced. Your primary domain only ever receives the forwarded replies; its reputation stays out of the blast radius.
What access do you need?
Admin on your Smartlead workspace (or we create it in your name), DNS access for the secondary sending domains, or the exact records for your IT to place, and API access to your CRM for reply routing. We never touch your primary domain's DNS beyond reading it.
How long until we're sending at volume?
Provisioning and authentication take the first week. Warmup needs two to three weeks minimum, that's physics, not process. First real sequences go out around week three at conservative volume, with full ramp typically by week six to eight. Anyone promising full volume in week one is burning your domains.
Who pays for Smartlead licenses and inboxes?
You do, in your own accounts, Smartlead subscription, domain registrations, and mailbox seats all run on your billing, so you own every asset. We size the fleet to your reply targets and advise on the plan and mailbox mix; the run-rate scales with mailbox count and is fixed before we start.
Do you write the email copy too?
The infrastructure and the telemetry are ours; the message is yours. We enforce the technical constraints that protect placement, spam-trigger linting, personalization variables, plain-text formatting, volume caps per variant, and we'll tell you plainly when it's the copy, not deliverability, that's killing replies.
What happens after handover?
Your team owns the dashboards, the suppression logic, and the runbook, including the burned-domain swap procedure. Many clients keep a small monitoring retainer for domain rotation and deliverability reviews, but nothing breaks if you run it alone. That's the point of the runbook.
